PROJECT 2029 MY PLAN TO REVERSE PROJECT 2025
For years, people have asked, “Where’s the plan? Where’s the strategy?” So I built one. Not just vague ideas or slogans — an actual, state-by-state, person-by-person roadmap designed around your role, your location, and your power to disrupt the extremist agenda.
HAPPENING NOW STATE LEVEL
House Omnibus Election Reform (Speaker McClinton’s Bill)
Passing this bill would be GREAT for ground game in Pennsylvania and help mitigate other anti-democratic policies it will require approval from at least 5 Republicans I have identified 5 “soft-targets” so start making calls today. Continue calling at least once per month to advocate for expanded voting rights.
Includes:
In-person early voting (11 days prior, 1 site per 100k voters)
Pre-canvassing of mail ballots up to 7 days early
Mail-ballot drop-boxes (2+ per county)
Electronic poll books by 2027Ballot curing, logic-and-accuracy testing, election audits, and funding support.
NEW VOTER ID LAWS
HB771- WOULD REQUIRE ALL VOTERS TO PRESENT ID. THIS CANNOT PASS SO INCLUDE THIS IN CORRESPONDENCE WITH STATE LEGISLATURES. THE NEXT THING WILL BE REDUCING QUALIFIED IDS. SENATE IS TRYING TO PASS THIS AS CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT. FIGHT THIS WITH EVERYTHING YOU HAVE.rt
Sen. Dan Laughlin (R‑49, Erie area)
Identified as a longtime supporter of Open Primaries.
Has also backed certain voter ID and election safeguards, showing flexibility on voting issues.

Sen. Jarrett Coleman (R‑16, central PA)
Championed good-government and transparency reforms, including bipartisan bills around public records
Less overtly ideological, more pragmatic.
717-787-1349
Sen. Tracy Pennycuick (R‑24)
Though conservative on some issues, she's collaborated on bipartisan expansions of women’s health screening laws
215-541-2399
Sen. Lynda Schlegel Culver (R–27)
Prime sponsor of the HUBZone procurement program, a bipartisan effort to assist disadvantaged businesses Actively engages across the aisle on economic initiatives.
570-743-1918
Sen. Scott Martin (R–13, Lancaster)
Backs cross-party efforts like pediatric cancer funding that drew broad legislative support .While aligned with GOP on issues like charter school expansion, he demonstrates capacity for bipartisan coordination.

YOUTH VOTER SUPPRESSION TASK
BEST PRACTICE: ALLOW TEENS TO PRE-REGISTER AT 16 WHEN THEY HAVE THEIR FIRST INTERACTION WITH DMV. INCLUDE THIS SUBJECT IN MONTHLY CORRESPONDANCE WITH YOUR LEGISLATORS THIS IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF CORRESPONSDENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE WITH YOUR LEGISLATOR.
MITIGATE: THIS PRACTICE SIGNIFICANTLY LOWERS THE YOUTH VOTE ( THE TOP TEN STATES WITH LOWEST VOTER TURN OUT VOTED RED, ONLY NEW HAMPSHIRE WAS ABLE TO GO BLUE IN 2024 WITH A POLICY OF NO PRE-REGISTRATION. CONSIDER WHAT NEW HAMPSHIRE DID DIFFERENT
SEND LETTERS TO TEENS BEFORE THEIR 18TH BIRTHDAY
PREPARE FOR LEGISLATION (FORECAST) FOR LAWS AND POLICIES THAT OFTEN PASS IN STATES THAT DO NOT PRE-REGISTER. THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS;
REMOVAL OF BALLOT BOX AT CAMPUSES
REMOVING STUDENT IDS FROM ACCEPTED ID TO VOTE
ROBO- CALL COMPANIES THREATENING FINES AND JAIL TIME- USUALLY USING A COLLEGE’S STUDENT LIST. (MAJOR IMPACTS IN WISCONSIN.
THESE STATES ARE WHERE YEAR ROUND REGISTRATION EFFORTS ACTUALLY WORK
CHANGE THE YEAR ROUND MESSAGING TO FOCUS ON ISSUES TEENS CARE ABOUT MOST IN OBSCURE TERMS RATHER THAN PARTISAN TERMS. DON’T ECHAUST THEM WITH PARTISAN CAMPAIGNING BUT INFORMATION.
SOCIAL MEDIA REGSTER TO VOTE CHALLENGE
Here is an example of a flyer you can print to put up around town or simply use as on social media periodically. Canva is a great tool for creating free propaganda and campaign messaging. Get creative!
AUTOMATIC VOTER REGISTRATION TASK
AVR IS NEW TO PENNSYLVANIA AND OFFERS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE IT FREES UP SOME REGISTRATION EFFORTS ON THE LEFT HOWEVER, PENNSYLVANIANS MUST UNDERSTAND THAT THE PASSING OF THIS LAW WILL BRING AN EVEN FIERCER COHORT OF RIGHT-WING LOBBIEST TO THE STATE TO TRY TO PURGE VOTERS, OR PASS OTHER LEGISLATIOIN THAT MAKES VOTING MORE DIFFICULT. PROTESTING THESE ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS LOCALLY IT DETREMENTAL AN UNEXPECTED TO THEM.
MARY HORNICK UNITED SOVERIGN AMERICANS (USA) HEAVILY TARGETED LAWSUITS IN PENNSYLVANIA AND MARYLAND
RUTH MOON FORMER GOP STATE HOUSE CANDIDATE SUED PENNSYLVANIA ON FALSE PRETENSES THERE WERE MORE THAN 1 MILLION ERRORS MADE IN 2022 ELECTIONS
MUCH OF PENNSYLVANIA’S VOTER ACCESSIBILITY AND MUCH OF THE FRAMEWORK TO ENSURE A 2028 VICTORY WILL BE THROUGH LITIGATION BECAUSE PENNSYLVANIA’S LAWS DO A CONSIDERABLY GOOD JOB PROTECTING DEMOCRACY. THE COURTS NEED TO BE A TOP PRIORITY AND ALL THAT CAN SHOULD BE DONATING MONTHLY TO THE ORGANIZATIONS LISTED IN OUR COALITION THAT ARE ACTIVELY WINNING AND TAKING ON THESE BATTLES SUCH AS BRENAN CENTER FOR JUSTICE, ACLU AND NAACP. IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO DONATE VOLUNTEER. EVERYONG CAN LIKE, COMMENT, SHARE TO AMPLIFY THEIR MESSAGES. ADDITIONALLY I RECOMMEND SIGNING UP FOR NEWLETTERS TO GIVE YOU REAL TIME ACTIONS AS THIS IS A CONSTANTLY CHANGING BATTLEFIELD.
UNDERSTAND THAT NO MATTER HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IMPACTED OR HOW INSIGNIFICANT IT SEEMS, EVERY SINGLE TINY ANTI-DEMOCRATIC POLICY OR SUBSEWUENT LEGAL CASE MUSTY BE MET WITH FULL FORCE.
PROTEST/INVESTIOGATOR/CREATOR TASK
Remember, Washington DC and large corporations can withstand protests but smaller firms and local businesses are very thrown off by small pop-up processes. Investigate people in the state that have been behind anti-democratic policies, protest where they are, write investigative pieces-I highly recommend Substack- to keep them in the spotlight and creators can do the same on social media platforms.
For example, one law firm that has been monumental in disenfranchising thousands of Pennsylvania voters is:
BRUCE CASTOR JUNIOR- AG and former Trump Attorney
MICHAEL VAN DER VEEN- Van Der Veen, Hartshorn, Levin, and Lindheim
1219 Spruce Street Philadelphia
609 Hamilton Suite 7 Allentown
411 Cherry Street Norristown
DONOR TASK
The far-right didn’t stumble into power by accident — they built it. Piece by piece. Organization by organization. They coordinated their resources, aligned their messaging, and created a political machine capable of launching Project 2025 — a roadmap to dismantle democracy as we know it.
It’s time we reverse-engineer that strategy — and fight back smarter.
I’ve identified 12 key organizations— the most effective, pro-democracy forces in the United States — each positioned to combat a different piece of the Project 2025 agenda. Together, they leave no gaps. But to succeed, these groups need more than support — they need unified, strategic investment from every one of us.
Here’s the call:
Pick one organization from the list. Donate, volunteer, amplify their message — even $5 makes a difference. Next month? Pick another. In one year, you’ll have supported every pillar of the resistance.
Here is an example schedule with all 12 organizations
August Southern Poverty Law Center
September Planned Parenthood
October NAACP
November League of Women Voters
December Brenan Center for Justice
January ACLU
February Campaign Legal Center
March Indivisible
April Earthjustice
May CAIR
June Center for Constitutional Rights
July People for the American Way
IDENTIFYING COUNTIES MOST AT RISK FOR VOTER PURGE ACTIVITY
It is important to identify most at risk communities so when we are not working in our own communities and withing our own small groups we can lend aid to the areas hit hardest by the right-wing’s ground game.
VOTER PURGES
COUNTIES AND COMMUNITES THAT ARE 15% BLACK OR MORE, HAVE A MEDIAN INCOME BELOW $45K, LOWER LIFE EXPECTANCY AND ARE ON THE BORDER (ESPECIALLY THOSE WITH CLOSE MARGINS) NEED PERMANENT GROUND GAME!!
BUCKS COUNTY
ERIE COUNTY
MONROE COUNTY

LEHIGH COUNTY
LACKAWANNA COUNTY
FOREST COUNTY
DAUPHIN COUNTY

SCRIPT EXAMPLE (WRITING A LETTER WORKS TOO)
Hello, my name is [Your Name], and I’m a constituent from [Your City or ZIP Code].
I’m calling to urge you to vote NO on U.S. Senate Bill 2205—the so-called Citizenship Question & Apportionment Reform bill.
The census has always counted everyone living in the United States. Changing that now would silence the voices of rural communities, immigrant families, and underrepresented areas that already struggle to receive fair resources and representation.
This bill would distort congressional apportionment and tip the scales of the Electoral College in an unfair and undemocratic way. I’m especially alarmed by the inclusion of a citizenship question, given recent patterns of unjustified citizenship challenges by government agencies.
The census should remain what it has always been: a fair, nonpartisan count of everyone who calls this country home.
Please reject this bill and protect the integrity of our democracy. Thank you.
Stay tuned for updates to Pennsylvania’s action list, and watch Substack for daily actions.
This is amazing work, thank you
